Job Description

Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, investors, business partners, and market segments to expand the company’s reach.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and shareholders. Act as a trusted advisor to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions. Prepare regular reports on business development performance and forecast future opportunities.
