Identify, recruit, and onboard new stockiest in the assigned territory.

?? Handle stockiest queries, complaints, and grievances and provide prompt and satisfactory solutions. 
?? Collect and analyze market data and customer feedback and report to the management on trends, opportunities, and challenges. 
?? Conduct regular visits and meetings with stockists and maintain positive and long-term relationships. 
?? Implement sales and marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase sales and brand awareness. 
?? Train and motivate the stockiest and their staff on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
