Education Qualification ?? Graduate or Diploma holders, OR Under-graduates with over 6 months of NonVoice (Chat) / Voice calling experience or Fresher  
Language Capability ?? Good English with ability to read & write English with active listening and typing skills. 
Experience ?? Candidate with following experience will be considered - Graduates /Diploma holders/Under Graduates with over 6 months of Chat/Voice calling experience in inbound customer service voice operations 
Willing to work in 24*7 shifts (rotational shifts) and 6 days a week
