Job Description
- Verify and validate the accuracy of B2B lead details such as company names, addresses, contact information, and other relevant data points.
- Conduct research and cross-reference information using multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and maintain updated lead information into the company's database.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies or inconsistencies in lead data, ensuring data integrity at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prioritize leads based on specific criteria and requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data quality control procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry, database management, or administrative roles is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
