Job Description: As a Kitchen Assistant at Uey Foods, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and efficiency. We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to maintaining the high-quality standards that our customers expect. As a Kitchen Supervisor lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations 
Responsibilities: 
1. Prepare and cook menu items according to Uey Foods' recipes and specifications. 
2. Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner, meeting quality and presentation standards. 
3. Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. 
4. Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times. 
5. Assist in the monitoring of kitchen inventory and communicate any needs to the supervisor. 
6. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations. 
Qualifications: 
1. Proven experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a similar role within a kitchen environment. 
2. Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices. 
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
