Roles and Responsibilites 
? Identify New Sales leads. 
? Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle 
? Field Sales 
? Prospect for new Clients by networking. 
? Cold Calling. 
? Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization. 
? Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish report and set up meetings. 
? Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company. 
? Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company??"s practice leaders/Principals. 
? Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client??"s needs, concerns, and objectives. 
? Participate in pricing the solution/service. 
? Forecast sales, develop ??Sout of the box? sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness. 
? Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. 
? Should provide a concise description of the  services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services. 
? Manage multiple accounts simultaneously  
? Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
