Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive-Business Development for our Recruitment Team to develop new business opportunities and consult with clients on staffing solutions tailored to their needs.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage new potential clients and develop trust by understanding their business needs and providing the best solution
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of business opportunities
- Write and submit pitches and proposals to gain new business
- Attend networking events and conferences to promote our services and expand our clientele
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the latest hiring trends, skills in demand, and market insights to deliver valuable insights to clients
- Provide consistent exceptional service and professionalism to all clients, ensuring a personalized experience and speedy resolution of any issues
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets, tracking sales data and reporting on sales forecasts and results.
You are the perfect fit if you have:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management in the recruitment, staffing, or related industry
- Experience in identifying gaps and developing unique solutions using services or products to address client needs
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence at all levels internally and externally using oral and written communication skills
- A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues, and cross- functionally with recruitment teams, to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional service
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- A problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset and a track record of taking initiative to achieve goals
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage numerous accounts concurrently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Relevant training and/or certification in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
