Details of the Job:

Company Name: Worksy ( On Behalf of a renowned client)

Process: Lenovo (Jade Dragon) 
Eligibility: Graduates only
Experience: Freshers 
Qualification: BCA/ B.E/ B.tech
Salary Range: 3 LPA
In-hand Salary: Rs. 18,000 - 21000/- in hand

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (any 9-hour shift, day shift)Weekends: Saturday & Sunday fixed off
Language Requirement: Hindi and English proficiency
Location: Ecospace
Technical Requirement: Basic technical knowledge for freshers; experience in hardware and OS troubleshooting for experienced candidates
Selection Process:
The selection process will be conducted through 4 rounds of interview 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing expert technical support and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
  3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, problems, and solutions in the support ticketing system.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with other support teams and departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product information, updates, and technical specifications to provide accurate and up-to-date support.
